1. Including toiletries, diapers, paper products, etc., what do you spend on groceries in 1 month?

2. Is your cooking style healthy and fresh food oriented or pre-packaged/less healthy?

We're in Southern Ontario

We allot 400 a month for all groceries. Although diapers have caused a reduction in some other areas. (we are a family of 5)
We buy a fair mixture of fresh stuff and pre-made meals.
I try to buy anything I can on sale or at a less expensive grocery store.
