You should eat a small snack that has a little bit of carbohydrate, protein, and fat for energy before working out. After working out you should eat a high protein snack for recovery.

Protein....What I like to eat is a tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread or a shrimp and egg stir fry.My dad eats tofu--yuck It is important that you eat and drink at least 90 minutes after your workout and before your workout.

well you want to eat complete meals. Complete meals containing proteins, complex carbs and good fats.

After a hard resistance training, you should be sure to have plenty of proteins.

As far as working out before, you dont realy need to. Personaly I prefer to workout a few hours after I eat so i dont get sick.

eat a bannana b4 working out and a protien shake afterwords. .

your diet is going to give you 70% of your results alone. . .
