how to get that nice wet sexy look on my hair??

how do i make my hair look nice when its wet becuz everytime i wet it and it dries, it looks like a PUFFBALL and its becomes unmanageable!!!! any tips??? NO GEL (tried it didnt work it just made it worst)

so this is what it is... you should get some wet n wavy conditioner and some soft and beautiful baby soft lotions and mix it all around whit some hot water after that get some mouse and put it in a light pony tail not a tight one because that fractures the curls so let it semmer down for a few minutes i say 20 or so then let it down and youll have that sexy wet look you've been waiting for I know this girl im a freak when it comes to hair designs besides my older sister is a cosmetolgest. hey you got the tips tell me if it works. senajie

yea i have the same problem. if u have really curly hair by any chance, try getting a relaxer first to loosed the curls. but if not, i use the hair line by Sebastian. try their product called "Wet". it helps keep the hair keeping the somewhat wet look. and u could also put on some stuff that makes your hair really shiny so it looks wet even when dry.

Try moose and carry a hair spray bottle aroung with water in it and and frutise garne silk milk try that it really works GOOD LUK

Is it curly??? Use curls rock by cat walk. If its strait use a balm of some sort.

try mousse and hairspray. make sure you get the hairspray that doesnt make your hair all hard and crunchy tho =) its what i do to my hair. just scrunch your hair with mousse and add the hairspray to make it not frizzy!
