A healthy weight for your height is between 112 to 137 lbs. This also depends on your body frame size. You can tell this by your wrist size. Measure your wrist by wrapping your middle finger around to your thumb. If they overlap then you have a small frame, if they just touch you have a medium frame, and if they don't touch you have a large frame. So if you have a small frame then your weight should be closer to 112 lbs, where if you have a larger frame your weight may be closer to 137 lbs.

For females the rule of thumb is the first 5 feet equal to 100 lbs and every inch over that equals an additional 5 lbs. In your case 125 lbs would be your ideal body weight, plus or minus 10 lbs.
