I would try to take her on a date. If she's not interested in dating you, then she's not interested in you (in that way). If you do start dating, and you see that she diggs you... wait and tell her when things get more serious.

listen! r u listening?love is a beautiful thing. and if u have it 2 share,it will over come ur shyness. or u shy?had'nt queite found out who u r?
love with introduce u 2 the real u ! even if it hurt's.don't be scared cuase u shy! but u got 2 step ur game up! It not easy being in love but , if u shy u going 2 miss out!I think u should start slow and allow her 2 know about ur fealing's. Ask her about love after u let her know u got strong fealing's! I f she has them toward u she will tell u. but stop being a little boy! U got nothing 2 lose if u did'nt have it in the first place. just don't b blunt try 2 lead her in 2 a conversation about her fealin's about u. and let her know that u have strong fealing's about her

okay first of all how old r u any way. so what you need to do is just say hey you knwo i have known you for a really long time and i really love you. and list why you like her in like detail all girls LOVE that. and say well i dont know how you feel but i am always here for you. and see what she says. if she replies positively then ask her out on a casual date nothing way over the top and then i bet your relationship will bloom from there.

I had that happen too. I loved this guy and never "said" anything because I didn't want to scare him off. This went on for 10 years almost. Finally I told him that I was in love with him and he told me he did not share that sentiment as far as I went but later in our relationship (I apparently had "planted a seed" as they say) he changed his mind. So, what I recommend is tell her how you feel about her now. Best of luck...

Ask her out. Lots of times you can't determine who a girl is in love with. She could be waiting around for you. You become miserable witholding a secret like that forever. Just ask her out. I wouldn't tell her you love her quite yet, but I would DEFINITELY not want to keep waiting around for you if I were her :]

if u dont want to tell her in person, then write a note to her and leave it somewhere where she usually looks everyday. if that seems to wierd then tell her some other way...just dont say u love her, just tell her u like her. then ask her to the movies or somthing.

hope this helps and good luck with everything, have a great day

On valentines day send her three dozen roses and make sure it is at her work or somewhere public. What i did is had a singer sing outside her window.Which woke her up and had the effect i was looking for. It is hard for others to match this.It may seem corny but very effective.

Just flat out say it bro =] Tell her you love her and why you love her. Knitpick everything. Every single detail. Like: her hair, her smile, the way she laughs, her sense of humor, your past together, and lots of inside jokes and stuff =] Maybe tell her how you love her imperfections. That they make her unique and special in her eyes. lol But don't bag on her either. haha Don't be like, " You're ugly, but you're the ugliest girl I've ever seen and I love you for it." jk

Maybe you should just ask her out first. If you just blurt out that you love her...she might get scared off. Tell her that you have feelings for her but not love yet.

Valentines Day is coming up soon. Ask her (with flowers in hand) if she would like to have a nice dinner with you that night. See how she goes for that idea first.
