Don't say anything about you liking him..have him make the first move, and ask your friends to ask him maybe, but if they wont, see if he's dropping hints that he does like you. good luck :)

Because it isn't certain that he feels the same way, you should just tell him how you feel about him. If you're really shy around the guy, you could approach with, "Who do you like?" You could also email or instant message the guy to see if he likes you or not.
If the guy rejects you, do not worry. There are a million guys out there, and I bet there are more than one Mr. Right.

well , depends if u've seen his pic and had a web cam convo with him and u really know its him and no one else thn persue it. do u flirt with him? does he flirt back? does his way show that u like him like ur friends suggest? thn hint at him and if he doesnt get the hint ask him out cos its better thn stringing on in the middle hoping and being dissapointed, going through the cycle over and over again. so, when the time comes and u feel its right push forward and just do it. sure ur afraid of rejection, but u mite lose him if u dnt ask him out its 50/50. better to take the risk. and if he tlks to u quite late at night thn he does like u.
