For an average female, what is the ideal waist measurement (in inches) for a sexy body?

I'd say between 24 inches and 28 inches is ideal, but it does depend on the other measurements, ie bust and hips also. HTH : )

Less than 32 inches looks to be healthier for most women. But your lean toned waist size varies depending on build. Eat healthy, exercise, and take care of yourself. Feel comfortable and confident in your body, and you will be sexy.

32 inches (and you are allowed to suck it in), the main thing you are checking for here is if you have a large layer of fat over your stomach muscles.
I do not fit withing the guidelines and have found that many people find plump attractive, so do not be overly worried.
