Walmart sells silicone ones that do. There are two kinds. One makes you look bigger and the other one just pushes them up for better looking cleavage. They aren't expensive either. You'll find them in the bra section. You just wash them with soap and warm water before putting them away, so you can wear them everyday if you want without buying several pair.

Yes you get what you pay for. Go for well known brands and you can't go wrong. Also try them on first as everyone is different and some may not fit you so well.

get the silicone kind that stick to your breasts - they feel and look more real. and they bounce like real boobs.
