You shouldn't be on a detox diet for more than a few days. Detox diets are not supposed to be used for a long time, because they don't have a complete nutritional balance. If you really feel you need protein during detox, go for hard-boiled egg whites. Don't eat the yokes. That's where all of the cholesterol and stuff is.

what is detox diet? Well you can find protein in peanut butter, tuna fish, beef, chicken,etc... and protein shakes

Fish is good, protein shakes are good (2 cups non-fatmilk, 1/3 cup berries, 1 tablespoon protein powder (healthfood store))
