for my final i have to write one paragraph on whether or not
i believe we should send the troops to iraq or not.
it's not suppose to be an argumentative essay; just what i think we should do
and i need back ups.
that's where i'm lost.
i dont think we should send the troops over because
we've already risked enough lives fighting for nothing.
but i dont know that much about anything else.

I totally agree this ridculous Iraq horseshit has been going on long enough, and sending more troops is bordering on Fascism. I think George Bush should start doing a goose-step around the whitehouse because he is a fascists as far as I'm concerned. fighting for nothing??!! We are fighting for nothing??? I can tell that you are a high schooler. Cowards run thick in your age group. maybe you need to understand WHY we are there before you spout of about it. Yeah, let's pull all the troops out and sit back and watch terrorists kill more cilvians here in our country. My husband is US af currently in Iraq, I know why he's there, he knows why he's there. I am proud to support this war and all the brave military men and women fighting for US!

Well if you are against it you should know more about it to have made that judgement in the first place. You can't rely on people to tell you what to think, check out certain news articles on it and look into the background and current information on what is going on.

We are fighting for something. We are fighting for the freedom of religion, press, speech and assembly in Iraq. Fighting for this has directly mae terror networks weak, which has directly made America safer. However, something is wrong. Maybe we should have got more troops. How about 50,000. the sooner we squash the rebellion, the sooner our troops can come home, which is what I am all for.
