I dont think you should do like pills or watever.
You should just go jogging and you know cut back on little things like instead of a lot of butter on your mashed potatoes or bagel or watever to just put a little or none at all.
YOu should drink lots of water too and avoid overeating and stuff like that.
And like i dont know get up a little more--just little things taht really help you cut back on calories and fat and make you move more.
