I like him and I'm pretty sure he likes me and other people have told me that. he likes me. This is what he does.....
1. always offers to help me
2. talks to me alot
3. tells me alot of jokes
4. My friend has heard him talk to his friends saying, ' theres this girl and I sit next to her in class and she's nice and gets good grades...'
If he does like me how do I ask him out or get him to ask me ; he's kind of shy.

Talk to him and ask him if he has a girlfriend. If he says "no" then ask him if he likes any certain girl. If you cant get him to ask you out, then ask him if he would like to go to the movies with you or someplace else. It is very difficult for a shy guy to ask a girl out. He is veyr nervous and will appreciate you making it a little more comfortable for him to talk about it.

(my opinion)
this is a risk you have to be williing to take...you say you like him and you think he likes you too, offer to spend personal time with (one on one; hanging out). bond together and let him know that you are interested in him, not so sudden though, for example as him questions about himself and give feedback when the oppertunity strikes you may feel as if you should ask him about previouse "relationships" getting into the topic of relationships will mostly likely make him think, why you are talking about relationships, he will then probably ask himself certian questions like...does she like me, do i like her...continue to spend time with him, not every day though (to friendly) you don't want him to think you are just trying to be good friends, but you are trying for more. you say he's shy, let him know in some way, that you are okay with everything about him, assertive and smooth conversations is the key, oh and look him in the eyes to let him know you are really interested, oh and yeah when the time comes when your at the level to give him a hug make sure your not the first to pull away, unless of course its for to long of time lol... other than that all i can say is, "let your feelings get the best of you"

He obviously likes you. Ask him out. It isn't hard. While he is alone, just go up to him and say it.
"I like you, do you like me. I need to know this, coz if not i'll try and move on, but if you do, then how bout we go out sometime."
Never wait for the shy ones. They are so annoying! they just won't do it no matter how long you wait. I waited a year... Eventually I asked him to the movies, and never heard from him since. you just gotta ask...

I know a neat way to ask him without seeming pushy, Ask him if he can help you on a math promblem or history or what ever class you are in, Tell him you are soo stuck, and even though you know the answer, Tell him, that you can really use his help, and that, ask him to come over to your house and help you study, give him your number, and hope for the best that he will call you

ask him if he wants to go to a movie or something, shy doesn't always get you the guy. I my many years of dating experience a woman who knows what she wants and goes for it, is sexier to a man than one who plays games and acts shy.

i'm 99.9999999% sure that he does. if you want to ask him out do it in person do NOT get somene else to do it for you b/c that is just stupid. just start having a conversation with him and gradually start getting into the subject and tell him!
