Especially if I get home at like 2:30, should I just jog right after sschool? I always get worried that if I do a 30 minute jog I wont have time to do homework because i will get side tracked! It sounds lame, I know it does, but it happens!

Unless you seriously need it due to health risks, I would honestly suggest just not worrying about it. People are worrying way too much about the way they look and I'm getting sick of it. Focus on your school work, first. If you have EXTRA time AFTER you're DONE with you SCHOOL WORK, THEN worry about exercising.
By the way, don't think that I'm a parent or teacher or something. I'm a 15-year-old high-schooler.

I know how this can be, if you have homework do it right after you get out of school, exercising might leave you too tired to do your homework so exercise after your homework! dont worry 30 minutes is nothing so you have the rest of the day free. If you have a car and high school life do the same thing, If you have a car (and you cant do anything about it) do your homework in there then park the car and jog.

I guess the same way as if you have a 9-5 job, and kids, and a mortgage, and dogs, etc.
Like NIKE says: JUST DO IT.
I think it's a matter of discipline and scheduling. If you really want to work out AND do well in school, you can make it happen. It would be a matter of strict adherence to your schedule.
Look at pics of gorgoeus bodies online. That will motivate you! HAHAHA.

its called physical education. don`t you have p.e. at school? shouldn`t that be good enough? anyways if you dont then go and exercise whenever you have time or when you`re bored instead of going online lik you are now or watching tv.
