I have long hair and I find it annoying to sleep with my hair down at night. Any suggestions for wearing it up at night that won't damage or break my hair. I don't want to cut my hair, so please if you have a serious suggestion let me know.

i have really long hair too. Put it in a high ponytail, this will keep it straight and its comfortable to sllep on. Alternatively, loosely plait it, again its comfortable to sllep on and you'll have soft, natural looking waves.

I have washed my hair before bed and twisted it into a bun on top of my head--fasten with a regular hair band. It doesn't disturb your sleep or damage your hair, and your hair will be damp enough in the morning to style. It also makes your hair wavy if you leave it in long enough!

DEFFINITELY BRAID IT THAT WAY YOU ARE ONLY PUTTING A PONY TAIL HOLDER AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR ENDS WHICH WONT CAUSE DAMAGE AND PLUS IT WILL GIVE YOU A BEAUTIFUL WAVY LOOK IN THE MORNING WHEN YOU TAKE IT OUT

Put it in a couple of braids with soft holders.
Bonus is you'll wake up with some nice soft waves!

put it in braids- either one big one or however many you want. that way it doesnt hurt to lay down on your hair but its still out of the way :]

Use a ribbon to tie it up. The ribbon will be less likely to cause breakage than an elastic.

i use scrunchies..pull a ponytail then pull the hair again but not out..so it is like a loose bun on your head..
