One thing that you can do is get a cortisone shot. You have to go to the dermatologist for it but it works wonders! If you have ever had one of these pimples you know they can take about a week, or more, to be totally healed. After this shot it will be gone in about an hour or so. They inject the needle into the spot, (it really doesn't hurt as bad as it sounds) and then the doctor will try to drain it out as much as he or she can.
Insurance usually covers it, but you still might have to pay around $15 dollars or so. Pricey, but beats buying all sorts of creams that don't work.
Also if you "feel" a huge one coming, try putting on TEA TREE OIL. You can find it at health food stores or walmart and it works miracles too! But I would defiantly look into a cortisone shot.

If I were in your position;
-relax
-wash
-pop
-wash again
-apply pressure (to stop bleeding)
-toothpaste
-relax
-apply Brand-X anti-pimple chemical
-wash again
-relax
you probably notice it because of self-consciousness.
I usually don't notice pimples on my skin (might have to do with my skin-tone) and by the time I spot a big one, I need to point it out before my friends notice.
There IS NOT a quick fix that can make it go away completely by tomorrow. The worst it could do is make you excessively uncomfortable.
It won't act as a beacon that makes people tear at you (and if it does, find actual friends). So just roll with it, if someone does notice it joke about the thing.

Eat avacados , oranges, and drink lots of water. Water will make you go to the bathroom a lot and going to the bathroom cleans out toxins in your body...also go #2 (lol) same reason like the water but it will clean out the solids =P
Also lots of people said to put toothpaste on it but don't always do that unless you know it's an organic toothpaste or something cuz some toothpastes have lots of weird products and stuff that will cause some more acne to come... and if you use toothpaste make sure it is PASTE not gel.

1. Steam your face. Bring some water to a boil on the stovetop and put your face over it (covered by a towel) for about 10 minutes.
2. Gently wash your face as you normally would.
3. Apply toothpaste to it throughout the day. This will dry it out so (hopefully!) it will fall off by tomorrow.
4. Drink LOTS of water throughout the day!
5. Visit this site!!!! It's a lifesaver!!!!
http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html...
P.S.- Try to stay home today and not put any make-up on... only medication! Let today be a day for your skin to repair itself. Then tomorrow, you can cover it up if it's still there.

Pop it.
If you have a hypodermic needle or equivalent, pop it from the side. Squeeze as much pus out as you can. Suck out the rest by reversing the plunger creating vacuum. Blot it with toilet paper. Then inject isopropol alcohol into it with the needle. This will dry up the oil further.
Dap a little benzyl peroxide on the area. In a few hours it will be relatively gone. Touch up with a little make up and you're good to go.

As a person that has battled through the sickest zits ever, what I do is NOT to pop it!!!!!!!!!!! you know the make-up that has acne medicine. Go the the pharmacy and get that or get the Clean & Clear blemish stick to kind of reduce the pump and wear A LOT of make-up tomorrow. Do not put toothpaste cause it causes it to irritate and look even more swollen. Thus, get that blemish stick or get make-up that has acne ingredients to cover it right now. i hope it helps...
