I straighten my hair almost every day too and THE singular, best product I have ever put on my hair is Toni and Guy's No Kinks Smoothing Balm. A small glob of that (10-15 'peas' for medium-long hair), rubbed in your hands to make it easier to use and then rubbed into your hair works miracles. They say start from the roots, but I always go the other way.

It smells good too!

Then, Usually when I have finished styling, I slick a very slight blob (2 peas max and again heated up with my hands) of John Frieda Serum through the very ends of my hair. Sometimes, I will rub a tiny bit into the ends of each strip of hair as I am straightening it. (Can you tell, like I can, if you are going to have a good 'styling' or not???)

I have always found that the spray makes my hair want to go frizzy, but their Wind Down Relaxing Creme is also excellent. I'll put this through my hair whilst still wet and then dry as normal. It helps with my hair because I look like Brian May with his fingers in the socket if I don't put something on it!

But the magic is this - by the time I have finished, you would not know that I have put anything at all in my hair. Soft, Shiny, Smells Good and you can run your hands through it! And I would say I have very overworked hair!

Shampoo with Head and Shoulders.
Rinse Clean
Condition with Dove Conditioner (out of the white tub)
Rinse Clean
Either:
Wind Down Relaxing Creme
or Toni and Guy's No Kinks
Dry Hair, nice and gently, using as little 'head throwing' and hand rubbing as possible.
Straighten hair, sometimes using a little frizz ease on the ends.
Finish off. Tiny spot of frizz ease on ends if required.

Years of experience has gone into this!

Best of luck.

personally any serum works on straightened hair though, i dont use frizz ease as its quite expensive for wot u get and made my hair greasy quickly. I used avons hair serum which was only about £5 and doesnt make my hair greasy and smells lovely. any shampoos n conditioners formulated for straight hair will help ur hair, and also use a conditioning mask twice a week and also remember to use heat protection spray before straightening. to be honest frizz ease is good but can be expensive if u buy all there products, hench the advice ive given u, cud work out cheaper. hope that helps.

I use the Treseme light frizz ease spray its $3.49 and works great! I would not use the john frieda products, they have tons of alcohol in them and create the frizz in the first place! Good luck!

eh... not so much. you have to use the whole set of products for it to work, and unless you have the money and time to waste on about 16 other products, try Garnier Frutics sleek and shine shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and brush-in syrum. They are normally priced, and 2 of them are used in the shower, saving time to do more productive things.

I use the shampoo, conditioner, serum and relaxing creme. I find they work really well with my hair, which is really frizzy when left to itself.
