i have brunette hair that is like 2 inches past my sholders and i want to cut it because it has never been this long befor but my friends tell me that i would look beautiful with it realy long what should i do?

That depends. Do you play a lot of sports or are you out in the sun a lot? If you really get hot with such long hair (and look really bad with a ponytail) you should cut it, but not too short. Long hair does look great, but for some people it's just a hassle. Long hair is really versatile though. You can put it in all sorts of different hairstyles. I like long hair better, but hey---whatever floats your boat!

Try growing it out & if you don't like it, then you can always get your hair cut. If you were to cut it short & not be pleased with it, then you'd have to wait for it to grow back. Growing it out is the safest route for you, plus your friends could be right & you could end up loving your hair long.

I have brown hair, and my hair is the middle of my back, and it is going to keep growing. You could get it layered, or get it a diff. style, but keep it the same length.

keep ur hair that length. u can layer it put sideswept bangs but keep it that length k.
