im 4'8 and 86 lbs and i really want to be just around 80lbs oh and im also 13 years old

First of all, if you jump rope for two hours you WILL trow up.

Second, your weight is right on target. You dont need to loose any weight. Calm down.

Your in a growing stage - jump roping for that long a period is not very healthy. The healthy way to stay in shape and possibly lose weight if you really need to (which you don't) is to walk every day.

Just be active and feel good - and wait for your body to finish the growing spurt. 86 pounds is low for anyone. You're only 4'8 and your weight is right.

Don't focus on the number of the scale, focus on your clothing size. If you eat 3 healthy meals a day and join a sports team at school, you will have a nice in-shape body. Dased on your description, you are NOT fat.

if you just exercise moderately you will get what you want but overdoing it will lead to much bigger problems than you think you have now.
