Well, it can't be the alphabet because you said a "word" that has 26 letters. Hm, I have no clue. But that's a interesting question though.

FIRST OF ALL THERE IS A SERIOUS GRAMMATICAL MISTAKE IN UR QUESTION.
U WRITE"WHAT IS THE A WORD THAT HAS ALL 26 LETTERS?"
HOW CAN "THE" AND "A" COME TOGETHER.
UR QUESTION SHOULD BE "WHICH IS THE WORD THAT HAS ALL 26 LETTERS?"
MY ANSWER IS: THERE IS NO SUCH "USE ABLE" WORD IN ENGLISH HAVING ALL 26 LETTERS FROM A TO Z.

there is no word - you are thinking of a sentence that uses every letter of the alphabet - something about dogs jumping over a lazy fox - saw in on yahoo a few days ago.
