We met a few years ago at a party,he was with his girl at the time and i was with my guy at the time(we have a large circle of freinds)11 months ago we ran into eachother and really hit it off(we are both now single)i was still bitter about catching my ex of a few years cheating(they r mutual freinds)he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slelp,he was such a gentlman.I ran into him again 2 months later,he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex wa salso there and freaking out that we liked eachother.I sent him a text a couple weeks later and he never replied.I saw him at aparty 6 months after,he walked in saw me and looked away quick.people say he likes me but is respecting the circle of friends(for my ex still wants me back)what do u think of all this?

He looked a way because he (A) likes you deeply and is afraid you'll see it in his body expressions and eyes or (B) He's moved on and is fighting the urge to be with you. The only way you'll solve the puzzle is to have a phone or face-to-face chat. Forget about the "circle of friends" and your ex. What do YOU want...this new guy or would you TRULY like for your ex to take you back? The ball's in your court, mam.

He sounds like a nice guy. I think he wants to make sure you are over your ex. Do you still want to be with your ex? If you don't, then you need to somehow let your new guy know this. If you do, but you want to see someone else, you are being unfair to your new guy. Make sure you are really free before you start with the new guy.

I think you should stop obsessing over all the what ifs .Guy know how to go after what they want. If he's not making advances towards you you have two choices: Either you go after him, or move on......
