It was earlier effective on my hair but after i used it 8-9 times, now doesn't have any effect.

try switching products. i love herbal essences conditioners...
soemtimes your hair gets really used to a product.
also you might just need to get your hair cut. you might just have bad hair that feels dry and gross

u have to use any hair oil one day before using that conditioner....than it will effect better
