Absolutely not!

It's possible if they started out very young together. The sun conure is more aggressive so the safety of a parrotlet may be at stake. Have a tweet year.

NO!

Both species are VERY, VERY territorial and a sun conure could easily kill a parrotlet in a couple of bites, and parrotlets could easily leave tons of damage to a sun conure in the process.

Besides, their dietary needs are different (specifically in size, but they are also from very different areas of the world) and so are their toy and perch needs.

its better not to, a sun conure can mame or even kill your parrotlet with his powerful beak. let them play together under your supervision, but not live together.

It's a very bad idea to put two parrots of such different sizes in the same cage. Just let them enjoy each others company on a playgym with you close by.
My Timneh grey nearly took my lovebirds beak off when she got too close to his cage but they play nicely on their climbing tree.

I would never attempt it. PinkDagger is right, they have different needs. If you tried to keep them together, it would end in disaster.
