Literally? You put your feet through the legholes and pull up.There isn't usually room for 2 people in one pair so she may have to vacate them before you get in.
As for sleeping with someone unless she's a complete slapper you generally have to not behave like a moron, be fairly gentleman like, you know go on a few dates, buy her flowers, be nice, funny, genuine, be clean and personable, have mutual attraction - otherwise you're just using each other - and as a rule someone gets hurt!

There is nothing you need to do except be yourself. You should be focused on loving the girl not just trying to get into her draws anyway. If you really just want to have sex then give her some of your best sweet talk, whisper in her ear softly, grab her booty, kiss her neck, things like that. I used to just want to sleep with girls but I changed now. Don't play women, give them respect. I'm really good with the ladies, so if you follow what I just told you and don't look like you are scared, you should be in a girls pants in about 2 or 3 days.

Well, first make sure you get a size that fit you.Womens sizes are different you know. Either sitting or standing,insert one foot into them and push through until foot appears at other side. Repeat, fasten and head out mate!
