I am wondering if the general population would purchase tattoo aftercare or even knows about it unless their tattoo artist tells them to use it.

I used A&D my tattoo artist gave to me as a sample, which was just enough until my tats healed. No need to buy the "gimmick" stuff, any good artist will tell you not to buy into that stuff...

Why spend the crazy money on comething I can get cheaper and no different on the shelf? How could your product heal my tattoo faster, easier or cheaper than bag balm or some of the other products like it? My tat guy doesn't recommend them at all, he is very against them....spend money on the tattoo not something you don't need. I read the mags so I see the ads, I am well aware of them and have looked them up sometimes....nothing makes me want to change....

I have gone through 3 kids with chapped behinds and if it's good enough for them, it' good enough for me.

Why purchase it when A&D ointment works just as well? Tattoo artists push the product because they get a kick-back.

I just use a triple antibotic cream for the first few days than Bag Balm after that for about a week..The stuff the sell in the shops is just extra profit for them like the hair products in Salons

Nope. I used A&D until eventually it healed then Curel lotion. I even have six tats and NONE of them ever peeled usikng this methodology. lots of the Aftercare products have alcohol or sodium laurel sulfate. those chemical components worsen the exterior and can draw out the ink. i might in no way ever use those products on my eye-catching artwork!
