There is a range/choice of accomdation including the ecotourist/nature friendly type which some consists of villas, condos, appartments, rooms nestled and perched in the mountains and forests away from it all in the serenity of nature itself in privacy waking to the bird's symphonies.Or you could settle for the other type of accomdations -all these are listed in the websites below.
It is branded as the "Nature Island of the Caribbean" -over 75%of the island is covered in natual lush green forests.
Many true nature sights to see and even get married at.Perhaps a waterfall?A honey-coloured or black sanded beach? At a river.Or at one of the spots where the movie Pirates Of the Caribbean 2&3 were Filmed. The island has many UNIQUE wonderful spots-uncountable waterfalls, freshwater lakes, sulpher pools and sprinsg etc.
Most of the hotels give a wedding/honey moon package...details would be given in websites provded below.
There are many things to do on the island of Dominica as a couple these include
Snorkelling scuba diving-the island was rated as the #2best spot in the Entire atlantic by reader choice magazine 2007 for scuba dicving and snorkelling.

I think it depends on type of feel you want for this wedding/honeymoon.
If you want very lush and tropical, but slightly British, you'll choose St. Lucia.
If you want an inexpensive all-inclusive (and you're considering the pocketbook of your guests), then you'll choose Punta Cana.
If you want something a bit more authentic in (French) flavor, then you'll choose Martinique. Of course, you should know some French when you go.
Please make sure you're able to fulfill the marriage requirements for each island - some islands are easier to get married on than others.
Congrats and good luck!
