You can buy cables from many different places, the problems are going to be how you want to route them. If you want to run them inside the wall, that can be as simple as cutting two small holes in the wall (one behind the tv, and one behind your DVD player, cable box, exc...) and then all you have to do is 'snake' the wires through. I have a 50" plasma on the wall in my living room and I had to open the wall up to put more supports in for it because I used a cantilever mount. If you are using a simple flat mount or vertical tilt mount, you will be able to get away without opening the wall up, but you will have to make sure you hit the studs, which may not be exactly where you want it to be.

At CES, I saw a "mounting TV kit for Dummies" that claims has all you need to mount a TV including the mount, but I am not sure it is available.

Costco sells kits as well and you can call Costco support for help.
