Just go up and talk to her. Be friendly and introduce yourself.

Find a way to sit closer to her, or at least in a different place so that you can see if she is still looking for you. Sit where you can leave together and you can just say Hi as you leave. Maybe she will just need the Hi and you can start talking from that. If not, then say Hi the next time or make a joke, " Haven't I seen you here before?" Each Hi should make it easier to talk to her. Find out how she arrived and maybe you could drive/walk her home/walk her to her car/go for a coffee, drink, food...........

Just say hi, when she says hi back she'll either walk away or she'll stand there for a second. If she stands there for a split second, don't wait. Ask her what her name is, then tell her yours. If you feel really confident, tell her you like her eyes or she has nice hair, or compliment her outfit. Women LOVE compliments and that you notice things. Talk about anything. Ask her question..it will make her more curious about you.
