She is on antibiotics for UTI but that has been almost 2 wks ago.Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Yes! When my dog was a puppy, he would often wet himself during naps. Puppies just don't have the bladder control of a dog. He has now completely grown out of it. Don't worry so will your puppy! If when he is completely potty-trained and more mature this still happens, I recommend taking him to the vet.

If she is still on antibiotics like your question reads then that might be the reason. Are you saying that she is "leaking urine as she sleeps"? If so I would get that checked.
My first wheaton was a breeze to house break - I didn't really have to do much, but my current one was a nightmare....it took months but I blame the breeder as he never took the pups outside. They are such great dogs - enjoy her. And, just a wee bit of advice. Try and brush her a little bit every day so she gets used to it. I got lazy with this one and she runs when she sees the brush in my hand so I have to keep her cut very short so she doesn't mat.

yeh i had a dog named bubbles she stoped when she turned 3 or 2 mos old

this is normal. if you show her that outside is the place to go to the bathroom she will eventually learn to tell you she has to go.
