Did anything change recently in your daughter's routine? Going to daycare, switching daycares, sudden jumps or drops in visits from relative, going from breast and bottle to just bottle, or anything else that changes your daughter’s daily life could cause her to refuse the bottle. Children, especially ones that young, do not react to change well. That's why routine is so very important. If it's a change in routine that bothers her then just get her back on a schedule, and she will start to drink again.
Try to offer the bottle before each meal. If she's very hungry she's more likely to accept the bottle.
Another thing you could do is to try to space her meals out more. If you recently upped your portions she might be full and not feel like she needs the bottle.
Also, though she is a little young to wean herself this much off the bottle, it is not extreme. Around and a little after one year many kids do this, so she's just a little ahead of the game.
Of course, if none of this works (or even if it does) contact your pediatrician for the best advice.

As a side note, I notice that there were no fruits in her diet. At her age fruits, vegetables, and dairy are the most important food groups. Meat and carbohydrates are not really necessary.

babies wont eat unless they are hungry usually. it sounds like she is getting enough food during the day and will be fine without the bottle. never try to force feed a child.

its not to early to feed her food and as a child grows and eats more food they need less formula . she will be starting milk soon and then she needs to be eating her nutrients instead of drinking them...this is normal and fine...she is drinking her other bottles, but if you want her to have that last one make sure you feed her a little earlier and give her the bottle before she sleeps.

Good grief, sounds like she's eating PLENTY. You can certainly skip the evening bottle at this point. My 8 month old son eats a good filling dinner at about 5:30 and then goes to bed at 7pm without a bottle anymore, his tummy is plenty full and I don't want him to depend on sucking to go to sleep.

Who said she needs a 7pm bottle? Sounds like a great time to get rid of her bottle all together. Sounds like she's eating a good balance of things. As long as she gets enough calcium (which can come from cheese, yogurt, the pudding, etc) there's no reason she needs that bottle.

If she doesn't want it, she doesn't need it.

Try putting it in a cup instead. That may be all the difference she needs.

Otherwise, I'd say she's just full!

well, cut out some of her food, as she needs her milky...it is too soon to be feeding her I think?...but just don't put them so close to gether, or maybe heat the milk just a little and make it taste better for her...
