put it in a zip lock freezer bag and make sure you smooth it out to get all the air out it will be fine

I wrap mine tightly in plastic wrap. Going around it at least 2 times.

I still get a crumbly bunch occasionally but I think it is the cheese and NOT my storing technique.

Tight with no air I have gotten in a habit to wrap in a freezer wrap and then in a freezer bag the bag making sure it has no air.

I never heard of freezing cheese..put it in a baggie and then into a refrigerator drawer..(not the freezer)
