It is absolutely a privelege. Jesus came that we might have life and know freedom in Him. There are many people who cannot worship freely, who would love to do so

I realize it is absurd. Going to church to worship an imaginary God. Don't you understand that it has recently been shown that the preponderance of natural evidence casts serious doubt on the existence of a God? And you say going to church is a privilege.

I haven't been to church for awhile because I have not found one in my area that focuses on the Lord as much as they focus on having fun socializing. I love church and I miss it but they are not the same today as they were 10 years ago.

It's also a privilege to spend time with such people as Donald Trump and George W. Bush, but not one that I feel compelled to exercise.

What's the point? People can still fundraise and attend events in the church, but they can just create a shrine in their own homes. I don't think God cares where you worship him, the fact you do seems enough.

My "church" is everywhere I go and everywhere I am. So yes, it IS a privilege!

To children, it is a burden forced onto them by their parents. Religion is learned, not innate.
