so, the purpose of dating is about finding love or find someone to be happy with for the rest of your life ? eventhough that person might be what you exactly expected it to be ..!! for example, some people, might have an image or an idea of the kind of women that they would like to date , but after a while they realize it's not that type and that the type of person they get finally is the person that they thought they woul never had loved in their life ...!!! what do you think ?

first of all I feel dating should never be a monogamous thing. it includes meeting all sorts of people. forgive the poor analogy but think of an all you can eat buffet. You see things you know you like, there are some things you never tried that you want to give a go, and there are also other things you know you will NEVER mess with again. but eventually after a few trips back and forth, you will have your ideal plate and only then you will be ready to settle down and enjoy your meal. don't think of it as dating because what it is socially accepted as is pretty stupid. Just go out make friends and pick and choose the personality types that best suit to your tastes (see why I used the buffet as an example) Once you got that down you take it from there. Be yourself and the right kat will find you.

The purpose of dating is to find someone to have a relationship with, either casual or serious long term or something in between.

Sounds like you are also asking if it is possible that the person we eventually fall in love with and marry is someone we would never have imagined we could fall for before. The answer is yes.

I view relationship as taking section in your self, seeking to work out whats obtainable, and see if there is somebody you have have been given achievable of beginning a relationship with. the relationship is that trial era of seeing whether or no longer you're able to desire to spend your existence with that man or woman or no longer. Relationships is additionally approximately 2 people who merely care alot for the different, and desire to be commited to one yet another, whether they understand they probably wont spend something of thier existence with that man or woman. i think of actually everyone could desire to end obsessing over looking thier "soul mate" and merely relish thier lives. the splendid man or woman will come alongside sometime, i think of a few actually everyone seems to be merely looking too demanding.

I think when you're younger, the pupose is to have fun, meet interesting people, learn how to deal with the opposite sex, but as you mature, I do think the purpose is to find someone suitable to share life with.

I never bother to think about finding love while dating. Just do whatever and let stuff happen. If you don't want to date, don't. It's all good.

I think the last part of your post wasn't terribly clear...and you asked a question and then answered it.

People date to get to know one another...to socialize...to find someone who is compatible with them for romance or sex or friendship or whatever they hope to add to their life.

well, because you like her, naturally you want to be with her.
There should be no special purpose.

well, maybe guys think another way.
The guy I am dating, seems arranging everything step by step.
The first date, being polite and nice, talked about work and traveeling plans.
second date, a little kiss on lips, expressed some feelings,
third date, holding my hands, talking about his family,
fourth date, tried french kiss, very nice,
fifth date, nice meal, tried to get me into bed but got refused, I did it nicely, though. lol.
