Some people are fat by genetics. It's not always the fault of the person who is fat. A lot of people I know are fat because of bad genetics.

One thing that has always bothered me about the clergy is this. While I was in ministry school, the other students there consisted mostly of either overweight people, people who were attention-hungry, or people who wanted to control others. Of course there were also good healthy, loving people there as well. But I was shocked at how many non-loving people there were. Most of those didn't end up graduating at all, but some did. I think as a member of the clergy, we have to set an example for everyone else, and be slightly above the standard in the way we take care of ourselves, the way we treat others and in our modesty. When we got our diplomas we automatically were slapped with a responisibility for the others of our faith.
