Sounds like it could be eczema. My doctor recommended Eucerin cream. It is a very thick lotion/cream. It is great. It may feel a little greasy at first but it goes away pretty quickly. Try taking cooler showers since water that is too hot can dry out your skin as well as try running a humidifier in your house. Another thing to do is stay well hydrated. If that doesn't work contact your doctor. They do make prescription creams for eczema.

If the rash is due to a candida albicans yeast, then anti-fungal cream should take it away quickly.
