I'd have to say Jojoba. It's supposed to be the closest thing to sebum (the oil produced by the hair follicle) and out of all the oils I've tried it's had the best effects. Be sure to get the pure type though, it doesn't have a fragrance.

You need to take Omega 3 Fish oil capsules. It is AWESOME for your heart, your body and your HAIR!

try biosilk. its great. best oil to use when your straighthening your hair. it gives your hair bounce and makes it silky
