I don't think enough people wait these days to have sex before marriage. I think it's great, there are so many people male and female who start having sex much earlier than is smart. I believe that is the greatest gift a person could ever give to their new bride or groom. It seems to be kind of hard these days to find a signifigant other who has those principles, I wish you luck, and I think it's a wonderful decision.

I'm not waiting until marriage, but I am waiting for a serious relationship with that "special girl" I don't believe in casual sex and there's no religious reason behind my thought process. Intimacy with a girl you love, makes sex all the more potent and enjoyable. I'm also far too concerned with STDs, and unwanted pregnancies. I'm not a guy to abandon a girl or push her into an abortion if she gets pregnant. Men today are not men at all. They go around like roving alley cats doing it with every other girl they "hook up with" and then they walk off and pretend it never happened. So, getting that girl you had sex with pregnant now ruins your plans for life? Too bad! Should have thought of the possible repercussions before you did what you did. Be a man now, get a job and help support your woman and your child. Men need to start acting like men, and not pubescent boys with car keys. Being a man is more than just getting a stiffie and banging every woman you meet. It means thinking rationally and taking responsibility for your actions.

not many people do. but i think its really nice and sweet that a guy would wait until marraige. it means that you really want that moment to be the best time of your life. that is the sweetest thing i have ever heard a guy do. will you go out with me? thats so sweet. im jokin but send messages or something.

Waiting is hard, especially when you marry relatively late. (I married at 33.)
I was not able to make it. I gave it up the day I turned 25 to a sweet but persistent guy.

oh my gosh that is awesome! thank you so much and your wife will thank you from the bottom of her heart one day! I am also waiting for marraige. It will be awesome! I am a Christian and I actually know a lot of people (I'm a teenager) my age who are committed to purity. These girls and guys are amazing people! :) good luck! :)

It's unfortunately rare nowadays but I'm proud of you for making that choice. I also hope that she will be a virgin as well so that you can have that ultimate first experience together.
