it is said inorder to benefit from biking ( weight loss ) you have got to bike for 30 minutes at least , which is very hard for me , so iam thinking to bike for 20 minutes twice daily , can i still benefit from that???

please help me with your tipd

30 mins once a day would be better so that your body and muscles can rest the rest of the day until the next work out just push your self the other 10 mins and soon 30 mins will be nothing to do
