I mean other than being a celebrity or billionaire, what makes girls go "wow...this guy is hot"?.
is it physical? is it a personality thing ? what?

When a guy walks into a room with self-confidence (but NOT any arrogance) , his head held high, and has those classic good-looks. But, believe me, most of those guys who are the "wow...he's hot" type, are just jerks.
Don't be that kind of guy. I suggest you have a great personality, be genuine & kind & understanding & friendly, etc.. But also have those good-looks and self-confidence, but NO arrogance whatsoever. Then you can be yourself and the kind of guy girls get to know and say, "wow..he's worth my time to be with. I wanna get to know him' THIS is much better than just a temporary, "wow..he's hot." What does that mean anyway? It's like a one night thing and means nothing later on.
Be you and let others love you for that.

Keep in mind, women evaluate men on a completely different level than men do to women. Your looks may have a small impact, but if youre a total jerk she's gonna brush you off like last seasons fashion. Women look at our worth as a person first, before evaluating our looks. You may not be the best looking guy out there, but if you prove to her that she has a future with you, she will accept you more than the good looking a**hole next to you in a heartbeat.

for me, when i just see some random guy and think he's hot it's because he has a nice face, awesome hair, good body, some hot clothes (or not)... and i'll sometimes catch myself thinking a guy is hot but I can't figure out why... it could be how they carry themselves..
But every girl is at first attracted to how a guy actually looks.. she might talk to a guy that she isn't attracted to at first, and then his personality makes him hot... depends on the situation.

i definatley think its both. Im attracted to a guy i think hes attractive but his personality DEFINATLEY makes him 10 times hotter. i know that no one else in my school thinks hes attractive but i do, and a big part of it is that his interests/personality. If you can make us laugh, look at us in the eyes, and talk to us, that plays a big role of why we say " wow .. hes hot" haha. but ofcoarce i mean everyone will always go for the looks too. but i would say both. :] hope that helps!

there a 3 types of girls/ 1=the girls that go for guys with money or who are popular or good looking 2=girls who look at a guys personality and the way he acts/ the girls that go for both of these.
i think you should just be yourself and wait it out the right girl will cross your path just have faith

omg thats a hard question. well somethings a guy does is like "wow...this guy is hot". like he can lick his lips, or say something really wierd. sometimes its his looks. like his baby blue eyes or big kissing lips. sometimes its the body. they can be all ripped out with muscles. the wonderfully strong arms and six pack stomach. other times is the personality. they can be rude, nice, smart, dumb. it all depends on the girl. but everything i just mentioned is what makes me say "wow...this guy is hotttt"

its different for eveyone me its a great smile an eyes. if can catch my attaction that way then the personalitily cause that stays for ever the physical can change over time. just be yourself cause beleive it or not there is a girl that looks at you and in her mind goes wow every time she see's you. please dont just look at the so call hot girls look at all girls.

It is normally, like they can walk in a park with hundreds of guys and most of them can be good-looking, but only one or two will stand out of the rest, because everything she likes about a guy and what attracts from a guy is like printed in her mind and ahe would recognise him immediatly. and it is both, because you movement and body language tells alot about your personality as well the way you dress.
