We like each other a lot :-) but we can't seem to start conversations with each other! We ask each other stupid questions cuz we can't think!
How can I actually start a conversation with him? I don't know what to say!

Make sure you ask open ended questions (they can't be answered with a simple yes or no answer). Ask him to tell you about his most embarrassing moment. Ask him to tell you his favorite (anything really), and ask him why it is his favorite. After he tells you, volunteer your favorite.

Perhaps it would be wise to be friends instead of a couple. That way, once you establish that you have even the slightest connection, you can try being a couple. If you can't even have a conversation...

how can u not talk to your own boyfriend?
talk about everything and anything, stuff about your family, ur friends, plans for the weekend, hobbies etc
