i've just started diet but still im feeling some gastric problems what do i do ? Actually today i had a normal breakfast ... and in afternoon i took only 5 dates and in dinner just rice and boiled chicken and throughout the day i had 3 cups of milk tea with and a cofee with condenced milk so is it a sufficient amount of diet in a day or not but now by the end of day im still feeling gas in my belly and .. so why is this so .. plz telll me ..bye

Anytime you change your diet, gas can be expected. Get some de-gassing pills at the pharmacy. They are fairly inexpensive and they work great!
