What's a good way to stop the itching when the hair's growing back after my tattoo? I used to put moisturiser on but only when it had healed more than this it's only 2 days old

You need to put A&D ointment on it for 7 days after and then shitloads of unscented lubriderm for 2 weeks after.
If it itches really bad, switch to a balm or salve with beeswax and olive oil base. dont scratch. Try slapping the itch. It will hurt but the itch is relieved.

Get some Tattoo-goo! It works wonders for the itching and such.

for the first two days or so you should be using a petroleum based ointment, such as aquaphor or a & d or tattoo goo. around the third day you should switch to a glycerin based, fragrance-free lotion, such as curel or lubriderm.

there really is no way to stop it! you just have to be strong and have will power not to scratch. try patting it, that's what i do. i have been hitting my back for three days now... still itching.
