Sorry, there are no "overnight" tricks :[ it takes time. Try proactiv, my sister uses it and her face looks great.

You probably won't be able to magically clear it "overnight" but you can do things every night that will cause your acne to be less noticeable and to clear up quicker. First, use a cream cleanser everynight before you go to bed, followed with a light, non pore clogging moisturizer and if your hair is long, pull it back into a loose pony tail so its away from your face. Then use an intensive mask once a week, because it will get the deep down bacteria that clogs pores and causes pimples. Also, try not to rest your hands on your chin or face during the day... if you're bored in class or at work or something, find something that will keep your hands busy... not on your face as the oils can sink into your skin.

I tried proactive, and it didn't work for me.
I know this is strange, but apply some sort of mint toothpaste to the affected area. Spot treat, dab a few drops on the acne. If might irritate your skin, not make you break out, but if you are REALLY sensitive, then the toothpaste might make you a little flaky (which can easily be fixed with some oil free moisturizer). Now this may take a little more than overnight, but it works faster because it drys the pimple, so it can heal. It's the fastest way I know... Hope this was helpful!

overnight is almost impossible. to help though, you can use a drying agent, like alcohol,to dry it out. Then use visine eye drops to "get the red out". Just put a drop on the zit and it wont be as red. Also, keep your hands off your face!! Drink a lot of water, eat a healthy diet, get some exercise!
