Almost every day I make a shake:

Frozen blueberries and raspberries
banana
milk
cinnamon
a little vanilla
handful of almonds

Mix and enjoy - very healthy too!:)

Take about a cup of plain yogurt, a splenda packet, and about a third to a half cup of fresh or frozen fruit (I like frozen because it makes the smoothie nice and chilled) and stick it in a blender or large plastic cup if you have an immersion blender. Blend until smooth, then serve immediately or refrigerate.

Yup:
1/2 c. Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 c. Strawberries (Frozen)
1/2 c. Peaches (Frozen)
1 packet Equal or 1 tsp sugar. I prefer Equal.
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice (optional)

Put in a blender.....

Yes, slice a banana into a blender, cover with orange, pineapple, pineapple-orange(or other juice you prefer)and blend on high until banana is blended in. Pour in a glass and drink up. Oh, yeah, you could put in a little chopped, or crushed ice if you want, but I hate to dilute this. Drizzle in a little honey if you like it sweeter.

get a blender hand or the standard size one, take whatever fruits are handy even canned one's by delmonte are best in my opinion, milk or ice cream, even flavoured coffee creamer(may work out too) mix in blender pour and serve. easy and cost efficient minded.

put vanilla or chocolate icecream in the blender
add three of or favorite fruits (peel off any skin)
enjoy
