There is no real direct translation. "Willkommen zuhause/daheim" would be a literal translation, but not idiomatic German.
The sentiment would be expressed by: "Wir sind(plural=we are)/ ich bin(singular=I am) froh (=glad), dass du wieder da bist(sing. That you are back)/dass ihr wieder da seid (plural)"

Literally, it would be Willkomen zu Hause. But they wouldn't really say that. More something like: Schoen dass du da bist. Or something like that.

Annel is right, "Willkommen zuhause!" or "Willkommen daheim!" is what we would say in Germany.

'you're welcome' (_not_ the reaction to 'thank you'): "Du bist herzlich willkommen!" (casual singular), "Sie sind herzlich willkommen!" (formal or plural), "Willkommen!", "Herzlich Willkommen!"
