It is hard to go from a friend to a more than friends, especially if you already spend a lot of time together as it is. You can try to hang out, just the two of you, and pick more romantic locales, dinner by candlelight, movies, the beach. offer to pick up the check and hold hands. maybe, she'll get the hint. if not, the best way is to just be straight forward. look her in the eyes and just say, I've known you for two years, and I..feel like I want to be more than friends with you. another touch can be to think of a romantic movie that you've seen together and re-enact it. something like a lot like love, what ashton kutcher did. be yourself and if she doesn't feel the same way, be glad for what you do have.

Well if you think she has the same feelings for you it should be fairly easy. If not take it slow and make sure you truely do love her before you tell her, you dont want to lose a good friend over it.

Ask her out for a date. Explain to her how you two get along, and that you'd like to explore a deeper relationship with her. Tell her you care for her alot, and that it how happy she'd make you if she were to go out on a "date" with you (u gotta do the quote marks in the air with your fingers as you say it, too).

just ssay " this is kinda ocward for me but please listen. i have liked you for a while now and cant help myself. you are always on my mind and when we talk i get a smile on my face that never goes away until im done talking to you. you tell me things that you wouldnt tell anyone else. i know you inside and out and i feel love for not only your looks but your personality and feelings. this is a little sudden but will you think about going on a date with me? it doesnt have to be all grabby and kissy. it can be a date where we talk about "us" if you want it to happen. jusst please think about it cause i have liked you for a while and cant stop thinking about you." that should do it. if you want add more stuff to it.

get her alone for awhile and just come out and say it. try not to mess up and say the wrong thing. after you're done, see how she reacts to that and if she returns the same feelings for you
