I am 16 and i really need to start loosing weight. I have no exercise equipment at home. What are some ways i could still loose weight? What will help me loose weight fast?

try running (start with 10 minutes and then gradually add more minutes <- it's always better to start small) and drink more water instead of pop. cutting out things from your diet sucks so just replace things with fat free like cheese, etc. just don't give up :)

First of all, don't go on a diet! Many times people go on diets and after they lose the weight they go back to they way they were eating prior to the diet and gain all the weight, and then some, back. If you can't join a gym around you, I would suggest *brisk* walking at least 6 days a week. You can start out slow and go for 15-20 minutes and then aim to build it up to 45 minutes to an hour. It has to be brisk walking too, in order to get your heart rate up. Are there things you can cut out of your diet? Pop has a lot of calories and serves no beneficial purpose. Drink lots of water, eat more fruits and veggies and less sweets. Maybe you can talk to your family about everyone eating healthier or even find a friend or family member who will work out with you- this helps a lot!
It might be a good idea too, to talk to your family doctor and have him/her help you find what your healthy weight it. He/she might also have more healthy recommendations.

Overall, don't get discouraged, it takes a while sometimes to lose weight. Just keep at it and think of it as a healthy lifestyle change instead of just losing weight.

it is spelled lose...
and I'd need to know more about your body before I can give you the best answer (eg weight, height, m/f)
but in general:
You can tailor your eating habits to make them more optimal to weight loss (ie 5 small meals with lots of fruit/veggie options that total to 1500-1800 calories per day)
You can also go walking around your neighborhood at least 30 minutes 3-4 times a week (brisk walking, not slowly)
You can look to see if your community offers classes for fitness and if not see if you can join a gym. There is also a link below with more information.

It's not a good idea to lose weight fast you are only 16 and have lots of time to lose that weight you dint stop gr owning till you are 18 so not to worry but i recently lost a bit of weight i snacked all the time and used to eat till i felt sick. But 2 stone lighter all i did was replaced snacks with a cup of tea ( you could use coffee, hot choclate etc ) and when i dished my meals out i did it to the size of my childs for example pretend you are cooking for someone you are baby sitting for and dish enough out for an 11 yr old anyway when you eat try to eat as slow as possible like every mouthfull you have chew it at least 18 times boring i know but you will get used to it good luck

Choose an activity that you really enjoy, mine is ballroom dancing. Stay active and eat healthy foods, such as lean meats and fish, whole grains, dark leafy greens. Drink lots of water. This is what I am trying to follow and so far I am getting used to it. I gave up trying to follow a set diet, because I feel that in this day dieting has gone to the extreme and so I decided that I would not follow any one diet. start by cutting out all fruit juices and water.
add vegetables and/or fruit to every meal of the day
cut out all white breads..eat only whole wheat (pasta, bread, brown rice, etc..)
cut out most all junk food and sugary foods
walk around the block/mall or wherever is convenient for an hour 3-4 times a week
drink more water

This is not PC. But. If you want to loose weight, get yourself some STACKER 2 and run EVERY day. That weight will just melt off. The trick, though is to keep it off.
