As long as they are all in fun, I see no harm. Especially if they do not involve physical harm to ones obstinate butler!

It depends on the scenarios if you are making fun of other people or hurting their feeling then yes it is bad etiquette

No. How could that be bad? I would say that as long as people know they are just stories, there shouldn't be a problem with that. Have you ever written your stories down? You might be able to sell them to a magazine that carries items like your stories.
