how i will make 200mm200mm200mm line tracer tracer area is 2000mm.lines r painted red&white.its urgent.bye?

i have to make line tracer of dimens 200mm*200mm*200mm.arena is of dimens2000mm*2000mm hving black background.line to be followed is in white/redcolour&20 mm wide.track will b divided into 5 segments.without using micrcontroller.allowed weight is 4kg.power supply is12v.
