I do shop there. My mother and i love their shrimp tempura and their caramel rice cakes. I like their cakes and cookies too. Its so great to be able to eat tasty and healthy food.

I'm obsessed with Natural Brew root beer. It's even better than IBC. You can taste the herbs and spices more as opposed to a strong sugary tase. It's pretty expensive but totally worth it if you want a treat. It's also really good with ice cream.

I shop there all the time . I love their fresh meat and fish counter "'the fish dips are wonderful" a bit pricey but it's always worth it. I also love there frozen section of asst meats the ostrich filets are the best as well as their buffalo steaks.

Since I have gluten intolerance, I love grocery shopping at whole foods.... they have so many gluten free products!!
My favourite one: gluten free blueberry muffins from the Whole foods bakery.

I love their garlic-cheese scones. They're stupid good. I have a friend who really enjoys the vegan pumpkin muffins.
