Stay away from carbs, don't eat after 6:30pm that is when your metabolism slows down, drink hot tea or a warm beverage with your food...drinking cold drinks hardens the grease your food was cooked with....drink allot of cranberry juice and purifying liquids.....when you feel hungry try drinking something first.......snack on veggies and fruits throw out your day. Those are just some things to help you along with exercising..

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Exercise more.
It's a very simple equation of calories in and calories out.
Learn about the food groups, the balance of carbs, fat and protein in food. Read labels. Eat lots of fruit & veges, reasonable amounts of whole grains and lean protiens. Avoid butter, sugar, white flour and foods that contain them. Avoid high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils like the poison that they are. Avoid processed foods. Drink plenty of water instead of soda, drink juice and milk in limited quantities only.
Exersize for 1/2 hour to 1 hour every day. Find physical activities that you like and participate in them. Fast walking is surprisingly good exersize, especially if you include some hills.
There is nothing complicated about losing weight, it's a matter of discipline and self control. Join weight watchers if group support is helpful to you, they educate you about food as well.

The absolute best way is to walk 45 mins a day, do weight-bearing exercise, and eat a balanced diet, using portion control. And remember that if you have not been exercising, you will exchange muscle for fat in the beginning, so you may not drop pounds at first.

There are no miracle gimmicks that will make you loose weight. Other than surgery you are going to have to loose it the old fashioned way. The only diet in existence that is 100% guaranteed to help you loose weight is the "Don't eat so much" diet, which combined with the "Get off your butt and move" exercise regime has been undeniably proved most effective

Well .... far as I know you have to change your eating habits and ... exercise and physical activity will help.
Stop snacking between meals ..... don't drink lots of sweetened drinks .... eat healthy but eat smart. All of the suggestions are out there ... all the help ... you just have to find what works for you and ..... be disciplined and dedicated to your diet. Good luck !!
